Brian Andrew Tully is the creator of Tully Law Group, PC. He holds certification as an Elder Law Attorney from the National Elder Law Foundation and has been engaged in elder law and estate planning since 1998. Tully Law Group, PC specializes in assisting seniors and their loved ones in discovering and financing quality long-term care. Our practice aids individuals who are proactively planning and safeguarding their assets, as well as those facing immediate care needs and seeking Medicaid benefits. We offer an all-encompassing service known as Life Care Planning that integrates asset preservation, Medicaid eligibility, care coordination, advocacy, and crisis intervention. The Firm also offers traditional elder law, estate planning, probate, and trust administration services.
