Biography

Marguerite A. Fiore has been a practicing attorney since 1992. Specializing in real estate, estate planning, probate, asset protection planning, elder law, business formation and succession planning, guardianships, and condominium law. Ms. Fiore earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude, from St. John’s University College of Business Administration in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1991. Following law school, she worked as a lawyer in the Tax Department of a prominent accounting firm in NYC before transitioning to smaller law firms to gain courtroom experience and foster closer relationships with individuals and small businesses. Additionally, she served as an Associate Professor at St. John’s University, College of Business Administration, teaching contracts and commercial transactions. Ms. Fiore is licensed to practice law in New York, the U.S. District Court (Southern and Eastern Districts of New York), U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
