Nancy Burner is the Co-Founder and Partner of Burner Prudenti Law, a women-led firm specializing in trust & estates and elder law, which was established in 1995. She is also a Co-Creator of Mediation Solutions of NY, the first comprehensive mediation and arbitration service in Suffolk County. With close to thirty years of experience, Nancy is renowned as a leading elder law and trust & estates lawyer in New York. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a prestigious designation granted by the National Elder Law Foundation in association with the American Bar Association. Nancy has been consistently recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Elder Law since 2014 and was honored as the "Lawyer of the Year" for Elder Law on Long Island in 2025, 2023, and 2020. She has been named a Super Lawyer in Elder Law for seventeen consecutive years and listed as a Top 50 Women Attorney in New York for five years in a row.
