Britt N. Burner, JD, is a Partner at Burner Prudenti Law, a law firm specializing in trust & estates and elder law, owned and operated by women, catering to clients from New York City to the East End. Since becoming a part of the firm in March 2014, she has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing the firm’s Manhattan office, concentrating her legal practice on elder law and estate planning. Britt has built a reputation as a prominent attorney in the realm of elder law and estate planning in New York, receiving accolades such as recognition in the 2025 and 2024 Best Lawyer rankings for Elder Law and Trusts & Estates in Manhattan.
