Joseph Klein - Profile

Joseph Klein serves as a co-founding partner at Korsinsky & Klein, LLP. He oversees the elder law division of the firm, specializing in comprehensive elder law planning and Medicaid strategies. With a strong background in intricate trusts and estates matters, he frequently appears in the Surrogate’s Court within New York State. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Klein holds memberships in the New York and New Jersey Bars. Beyond his legal practice, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Joseph actively participates in the New York State Bar Association, delivering lectures statewide. He dedicates his expertise to pro bono work for non-profit entities and serves on the boards of four such organizations. Additionally, he is an accredited attorney authorized to handle claims for veterans’ benefits with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Outside of his professional commitments, Joseph cherishes quality time with his wife and their six children. He has a passion for travel and actively supports his children’s pursuits and activities.
