Biography
Paul Pimpinella serves as the managing partner at Compson & Pimpinella, PLLC. He is actively involved in the Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law divisions of the Oneida County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Pimpinella is the primary stakeholder at Compson & Pimpinella, PLLC, a position he assumed in 2009. His current legal focus includes Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Wills and Trust Law, Elder Law, Estate/Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning, and Real Estate.
A graduate of the Berkshire School, Mr. Pimpinella obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College and his Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in all New York State Courts, as well as the Federal Northern District, Eastern District, and Southern District Courts of the United States. Mr. Pimpinella is an active member of the Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law segments within the Oneida County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he has delivered lectures on Estate Planning and Elder Law for both the New York State Bar Association and the Oneida County Bar Association.
