Andrew Finkelstein serves as the Managing Partner of Finkelstein & Partners. He is recognized for his advocacy on behalf of injured individuals in cases against corporate entities and negligent parties. With a strong track record in litigation, Mr. Finkelstein has represented Plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful death and severe personal injuries stemming from defective pharmaceuticals, unsafe consumer products, vehicle accidents (including automobiles, buses, and motorcycles), dog attacks, slip and fall incidents, and aviation disasters. His successful litigation history includes numerous multi-million dollar settlements, such as a $9 million recovery for catastrophic injuries from a construction mishap, $3.5 million for injuries sustained in a car crash, $4.5 million for significant injuries in a truck collision, $3.45 million for injuries from a pedestrian knockdown, and $2.25 million for injuries due to a faulty seatbelt. Noteworthy achievements also include securing $2.5 million in damages in a defective products case, $2 million for injuries caused by a faulty guardrail, and $5.5 million for catastrophic injuries resulting from a car accident.
