Jack H. Genser, Esq. oversees the litigation department of the firm's Elder Law, Estate Litigation, and Personal Injury divisions where he manages legal proceedings for seniors, their families, healthcare facilities, and individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or recklessness of another party. Mr. Genser is a seasoned trial lawyer with a successful track record in conducting jury and bench trials in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as all boroughs of New York City. Apart from his courtroom experience, Mr. Genser is knowledgeable in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation, to facilitate prompt and cost-efficient case resolutions. Mr. Genser delivered a keynote address at the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation "Coping and Caring" Conference in March 2004. He is affiliated with the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association Committee on Elder Law, Social Services, and Health Advocacy, the Committee on Surrogate's Court, Estates, and Trusts, and the Suffolk County Bar Association Elder Law Section. Mr. Genser graduated with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1994 with a Juris Doctor degree and magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained admission to the New York State Bar in 1995.
