Jack H. Mr. Genser is a seasoned trial lawyer with a successful track record in conducting jury and bench trials in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as all boroughs of New York City. Apart from his courtroom experience, Mr. Genser is knowledgeable in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation, to facilitate prompt and cost-efficient case resolutions. Mr. Genser delivered a keynote address at the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation "Coping and Caring" Conference in March 2004.
