Attorney Michelle N. Daly operates an independent legal practice specializing in estate planning, elder law, special needs, and personal injury matters. She represents clients who have suffered injuries due to incorrect injections, medication errors, misdiagnosis, and unnecessary surgeries, often resulting from negligence or manipulation by individuals in positions of trust. Her practice also encompasses estate and trust planning, probate proceedings, advanced directives, guardianships, and Medicaid planning and applications. Michelle Daly earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and holds memberships in the New York State Bar, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Before pursuing her legal career, she pursued a history degree at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY, and completed studies at La Sorbonne in France.
