Jordan El-Hag, founder of El-Hag & Associates, P.C., brings over 15 years of experience in providing guidance to employees across lower New York State on matters related to labor and employment law. Having held leadership positions in various labor unions, Mr. El-Hag possesses significant expertise in resolving workplace legal disputes. His extensive background in labor relations enables him to offer a distinctive perspective on handling employment issues. He advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including disputes related to unpaid wages, overtime and minimum wage claims, employment contracts, severance agreements, workforce reductions, terminations, employee discipline, non-compete agreements, discrimination, and union activities.

Mr. El-Hag's legal practice covers a broad spectrum of labor and employment law, encompassing activities such as negotiating collective bargaining agreements, managing grievances and arbitrations, representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), handling wage theft and discrimination lawsuits, and addressing claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
