Biography
Giselle graduated from Harvard University and the CUNY School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Haywood Burns Fellowship focusing on Civil and Human Rights. Throughout her time in law school, Giselle was actively involved in the Economic Justice Project and Elder Law clinics, and also held the position of Special Events Editor at the New York City Law Review. She gained valuable experience through internships at the Urban Justice Center and Lambda Legal. Before joining the team at Employment Law Firm PC, Giselle dedicated her time to volunteering at the Employment Law Unit of the Legal Aid Society of New York, advocating for workers in unemployment insurance hearings.
