With over a decade of experience, I have advocated for employers in addressing discrimination complaints lodged with the NYS Division of Human Rights (DHR) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Managing more than 100 such cases has honed my expertise in discrimination law and the processes essential for resolving complaints. I served as a clerk in a Rochester Appellate Court and have resided and worked in the Capital Region for the past decade.​ I actively engage in community service, holding the position of President of my local Homeowners' Association and coaching youth soccer.
