Michael R Daum - NY Lawyer Profile

Providing guidance to clients on the regulations outlined in the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA concerning the creation, management, consolidation, and dissolution of both qualified and nonqualified pension plans, as well as health and welfare plans, is the focus of Michael R. Daum's legal practice. Mike's objective is to proactively help his clients navigate intricate regulatory challenges preemptively. During his time in law school, Mike gained experience as an extern for the Honorable David W. McKeague, a Judge at the Sixth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
