Biography
Bryan hails from Los Angeles, California. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree. Bryan then went on to achieve his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Arcé is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Pennsylvania State Bar Association. He holds licenses to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining our firm, Bryan served as a Judicial Intern at the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission ("EEOC") under the guidance of the Honorable Erin M. Stilp. His time at the EEOC provided him with valuable insights into Employment Law, which he leverages to advocate for his clients in cases involving sexual harassment, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, age discrimination, or retaliation. Bryan's extensive experience in employment law equips him to secure optimal outcomes for his clients by utilizing his knowledge of the complexities and nuances of the employer-employee dynamic to address the specific issues in each case.
