As a co-founder at Thomas & Solomon LLP, I bring over ten years of expertise in employment law litigation and advisory services. My legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum of cases, ranging from intricate employment class action suits to individual disputes such as wrongful termination and harassment claims, along with efforts to recover unpaid benefits. Apart from that, I hold certification as a mediator in the Federal Court for WDNY, having completed more than 25 hours of certified training and practical exercises.
