Justin R. Marino is one of the founding partners at Stevenson Marino LLP. With a wealth of experience in various aspects of employment law, his expertise covers issues such as: Violations related to wages and hours, Discrimination cases, Harassment claims, Wrongful termination matters, Bonus and compensation disputes, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, Employment laws specific to New York state and city, Employment contract matters including non-solicitation and non-compete agreements. Mr. Marino has a strong background in handling complex class, collective, and hybrid actions under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws. Apart from his litigation experience with both individual and class action cases, he also provides valuable advice on a wide range of employment law issues such as company policies, employee handbooks, lay-offs, hiring and termination agreements, and employee versus independent contractor matters.
