KATHERINE BLOSTEIN serves as Of Counsel at Outten & Golden LLP in New York and is a valued member of its Executives & Professionals Practice Group. Her focus is on advocating for employees in both public and private sectors, specializing in negotiations involving employment, severance, non-competition, expatriate, and international assignment agreements. Ms. Blostein also provides representation for groups of employees, founders, and partners in employment-related scenarios during sales, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She has a diverse clientele spanning various industries such as financial services, entertainment, advertising, media, technology, fashion, and consumer goods and services. Additionally, Ms. Blostein offers legal support to professionals including attorneys, accountants, doctors, and other medical practitioners in matters relating to employment. She is an integral part of the firm’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer (LGBTQ) Workplace Rights Practice Group.
