As one of the founding partners at Thomas & Solomon LLP, I specialize in employment law. My legal career began at a prominent firm where I provided counsel to employers before transitioning to representing employees upon joining Thomas & Solomon LLP in 2000. My focus now centers on handling nationwide wage and hour disputes, as well as class and collective action lawsuits. Over the years, I have advocated for numerous employees, successfully securing tens of millions of dollars in back wages on their behalf.
