Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Tyler practiced as a litigator at a reputable law firm in Washington, D.C., where he gained substantial experience in products liability, premises liability, settlement negotiations, and mediations. In this position, he conducted intricate investigations in areas such as mass tort law, antitrust law, and government contracts. Tyler also served as a litigation associate at a prominent law firm in Washington, D.C., where he conducted investigations related to alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act on behalf of employees of multinational corporations. Tyler earned his juris doctorate from Pennsylvania State University Law School, where he participated in moot court and received the CALI Award in Antitrust Litigation.
