Victoria M. Scozzaro, Esq. is a dedicated attorney specializing in Labor and Employment Law at Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo location. Her primary focus is on federal sector labor and employment law. Before joining Tully Rinckey, Victoria served as an Associate Attorney at a law firm in Keene, New Hampshire, representing clients across New England in various legal proceedings related to employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related matters. She previously gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at a firm in White River Junction, Vermont, where she honed her trial skills by representing individuals in criminal courts, handling felony, misdemeanor, and DUI/DWI cases. In addition to trial work, she conducted legal research, prepared legal documents, and provided support to senior attorneys in criminal litigation matters.

Victoria also contributed significantly as a Bureau of Legal Affairs Intern at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where she conducted research and developed policy recommendations on matters pertaining to the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and other federal and state environmental laws. She actively participated in administrative enforcement hearings at the Environmental Control Board (ECB) of the NYC Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings (OATH) on behalf of the DEP and drafted appeals of administrative decisions. Furthermore, Victoria gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Earthworks in Washington, D.C., focusing on federal and state environmental laws, drafting legal documents, and contributing to the organization's advocacy efforts through amicus briefs, Congressional hearings, and editorial contributions to the Earthworks website.
