During his tenure, Andrew acquired valuable litigation experience in State and Federal Courts, handling motions, negotiations, depositions, and trials. Following his time at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Andrew spent the next eight years refining his litigation expertise at reputable civil litigation firms in South Florida. He specialized in employment litigation, ERISA litigation, and commercial litigation. Since 2007, Andrew has concentrated on representing plaintiffs in Wage and Hour/Overtime disputes.
