Biography
Lana Sturdevant's legal journey began at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP (“LGT”), where she commenced as a real estate paralegal and title researcher in 2002. Following her completion of law school and successful passing of the NY and PA bar exams, Lana transitioned into her role as an attorney at LGT. With a strong foundation in real estate, Lana's focus has evolved towards resolving intricate title issues for title insurance purposes in both New York and Pennsylvania. While maintaining her expertise in real estate, Lana has diversified her practice, dedicating approximately half of her time to Business/Commercial/Real Estate matters and the other half to Elder/Trusts & Estates cases. This versatile approach allows Lana to assist clients at the intersection of these two legal spheres. Furthermore, Lana's commitment to her family has sparked a newfound interest in estate planning, particularly tailored to providing security and preparation for individuals with dependent children, mirroring her own personal circumstances.
