Biography
I don't fit the mold of a traditional attorney...I also have experience as a freelance movie producer, creative artist (performer/singer/writer/model/host), and a former partner in an independent film venture. I have participated in fashion shows, contributed to film productions, performed in theatrical productions, received creative representation, and pursued various courses in the creative realm. This unique background allows me to approach entertainment law not only from a legal perspective but also from an artistic and production standpoint. Additionally, I have a lighthearted side, evident from my blog "The Fierce Redheaded Attorney" and my podcast "The Stunning Auburn Attorney". Clearly, entertainment is my driving passion. I am the first individual in my family to attend any law school and the initial one in my immediate family to pursue higher education, so you won't encounter legal jargon, airs of superiority, or an inflated ego here. Many individuals do not immediately identify me as a lawyer until they hear me speak. If you prefer not to engage with conventional, aloof attorneys, you'll likely resonate with me as I have a strong aversion to elitism, possibly more so than some of my clients. However, I do not handle litigation matters or offer pro bono services. With over 12 years of experience in New York City, I have put in the hard work necessary to earn my place. Please only reach out if you are genuinely seeking sound legal advice and value a professional partnership.
