As a key member of the Podcasts & Audio team at Klaris, she works closely with founders, audio heads, and producers in various business and legal capacities. Throughout the deal-making process, development, and distribution phases, she serves as clearance counsel, negotiating and crafting agreements such as host deals, slate/first-look agreements, distribution and sales contracts, and IP development and adaptations. Alexia is deeply committed to the audio industry and strives to assist content creators navigate evolving technologies and emerging distribution models in the collaborative environment of the field. With a background as a dual professional, she also leverages her expertise to support non-US production companies in their dealings with the US market. Alexia frequently speaks at industry events like South by Southwest (SXSW), ARinAction, Rights Tech Summit, Digital Entertainment World, The Podcast Academy, The Podcast Show (London), and Paris Podcast Festival, sharing her insights on media and entertainment trends. Originally from Switzerland, Alexia is fluent in French and splits her time between New York, where she is a member of the Bar, and Europe.
