Biography
I specialize in upholding New York State environmental laws and regulations through civil enforcement on behalf of the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). Additionally, I support DEC personnel in enforcing laws and regulations related to State land management. During the period of 2002 - 2006, I held the role of real property counsel at the DEC. In my career, I have been involved in negotiating land conservation agreements for the City of New York and the Trust for Public Land. Before entering the legal field, I gained experience as an environmental advisor in New Hampshire.
