Hunter J. Shkolnik focuses his legal practice on representing clients in significant personal injury lawsuits, specifically in cases involving drugs, car accidents, commercial truck accidents, and aviation-related product liability claims. He leads the teams responsible for investigation and trial preparation in numerous mass tort cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Mr. Shkolnik is actively involved in overseeing national litigation efforts and representing plaintiffs in various legal groups, including the Actos Litigation Group within the American Association for Justice. He currently holds leadership roles and serves on Plaintiff Steering Committees for multiple drug and mass tort cases. In addition, Mr. Shkolnik has held executive positions in organizations such as the New York State Trial Lawyers, Nassau County Bar Association, and various litigation groups focused on health care finance, orthopedic implants, breast cancer, and heart devices.
