Biography

Patrick J. Lanciotti practices in the field of environmental litigation and toxic torts at Napoli Shkolnik, with a focus on environmental class actions and mass tort litigations. He is currently involved in representing individuals affected by the Flint Water Crisis in the In re: Flint Water Litigation, a significant case concerning contaminated water issues. His work also includes representing individuals and local governments impacted by exposure to Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in various locations such as Westhampton, New York, Hoosick Falls, New York, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Yaphank, New York. Additionally, Mr. Lanciotti is dedicated to representing numerous children with elevated lead levels due to prolonged exposure to lead smelting activities in La Oroya, Peru. During his tenure at Pace Law School, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Regional Attorney at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Region 2. He also gained experience as a legal intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, where he supported Riverkeeper in initiating federal and state lawsuits to safeguard the Hudson River and the watersheds crucial for New York City's water supply.
