Biography
Charles T. Bazydlo has focused his legal career since 1995 on environmental law, land use / land development, and municipal law. He has represented a wide range of industrial, commercial, and residential clients before various local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies. Mr. Bazydlo has also served as legal counsel to municipal public agencies and school districts, including acting as the Attorney to Town Boards and Attorney to the Zoning Board of Appeals in Orange County, New York. Additionally, he has provided guidance as Special Counsel for development projects to multiple municipal boards and school districts in the Hudson Valley region. Mr. Bazydlo graduated from PACE University School of Law with a Concentration in Environmental Law and holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His dual background in law and engineering equips him to effectively assist both private and public clients in addressing complex regulatory matters before local land use boards, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the USEPA. Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Bazydlo previously held the position of director of regulatory permitting at a national environmental engineering firm specializing in the development and construction of solid waste disposal and treatment facilities.
