Biography
Prior to launching my own legal practice, I gained experience working at law firms based in New York City. My professional focus involved representing both individuals and companies in litigation proceedings within the court system. Additionally, I provided legal assistance to clients seeking guidance on various transactions related to personal matters or business dealings. Particularly rewarding were my interactions with young families and small business proprietors, which ultimately served as motivation for establishing my own law firm in 2011.
My entrepreneurial journey taught me invaluable lessons about the challenges and opportunities inherent in owning a business. Witnessing the innovative methods employed by these enterprises to engage with their clientele was truly inspiring. It became evident that the core of a small business lies in its ability to continuously adapt and learn in response to evolving market dynamics. As my client base expanded, so did my business, allowing us to explore novel strategies for advancing our respective enterprises. For some clients, this growth phase signaled the need to plan for the future, while others opted to divest their interests or dissolve partnerships in pursuit of fresh business prospects.
In addition to business clients, I also provide legal counsel to individuals with non-business related legal needs. This includes representation in real estate transactions, trust agreements, estate planning, and other arrangements aimed at securing their future interests. Moreover, I assist clients dealing with complex family matters, such as divorces, child custody disputes, and domestic violence cases, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes while ensuring their cases are handled with the utmost dignity and respect during what can be an emotionally challenging period.
Outside of the legal sphere, I am a passionate soccer enthusiast and music aficionado, and I find joy in playing tennis and honing my skills as an amateur chef. Each day, I make it a point to unwind with a good book, always eager to discover my next literary adventure.
