Biography
Serving as a Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Binghamton office, Kevin specializes in real estate law and trust and estate law. His practice involves representing purchasers, vendors, and lenders in real estate transactions, as well as advocating for out-of-area landlords in landlord-tenant disputes. In addition, he assists clients with wills and estates matters. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Kevin ran his own real estate law firm in Binghamton for over two decades. He is an authorized agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company and has gained experience in mortgage closings, real estate transactions, and representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings through his previous work at various Binghamton-area law firms. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a juris doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Kevin is an active member of the Real Estate Committee at the Broome County Bar Association and has previously held positions as president and board member at the Legal Aid for Broome and Chenango, Inc.
