Mark Michael Campanella - Profile

Originally from Rochester, Mark was raised in Penfield, New York. He graduated from Bishop Kearney High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Rochester. During his time at U of R, Mark competed at a national level in the University Athletic Association conference as part of the school's indoor and outdoor Track and Field teams. He was recognized for his leadership as the team's field captain. In his junior year, Mark was admitted into an accelerated 3-2 program for the highly-ranked Public Policy Analysis Program at the university. His master's thesis focused on the impact of political action committee contributions on the nominations and confirmations of United States Supreme Court Justices. Following his graduation from the University of Rochester, Mark pursued a dual J.D./MBA degree at the University at Buffalo. At UB, he held the position of Chancellor at the university's chapter of the Internal Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, the leading business fraternity in the nation. Mark also served as the Business Editor for the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal at the law school. Additionally, Mark was selected to participate in the Securities Clinic, a pioneering program endorsed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where he represented individuals who had suffered financial harm due to misconduct by brokers and dealers. Upon completing his studies at the University at Buffalo, Mark spent nearly nine years with a distinguished law firm in Rochester. As a Senior Associate, he refined his expertise across various legal domains, including transactional law, business law, estate planning, civil litigation, and commercial litigation. Mark handled a wide range of cases, from intricate commercial disputes and personal injury claims to insurance defense and indemnification lawsuits. In 2011, Mark established his own general law practice with the fundamental objective of providing clients with a personalized level of service that is often lacking in larger firms. Mark believes in building strong relationships with his clients to better address their unique legal requirements.
