Biography
James Brearton completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in 1972 and earned his law degree from Albany Law School in 1975. He became a member of the New York State Bar in the same year and was admitted to practice in both New York and the US District Court in 1976. Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator for FINRA, previously known as NASDAQ.
