My goal is to assist individuals in safeguarding themselves and their families legally, as well as achieving their financial objectives, utilizing my expertise and training. I have a fervor for business and financial affairs (and numbers!). It is disheartening to witness individuals who could have benefited from the guidance of a business lawyer and consultant neglecting to seek one, only to face an unforeseen and preventable predicament. I am dedicated to aiding you in evading such scenarios to the best of my abilities. While a substantial portion of the services I offer can be found on my website (www.davidgouiran.com), it is not exhaustive. I strive to provide upfront cost estimates in most cases, eliminating the uncertainty of open-ended hourly billing. My practice predominantly focuses on business matters, Estate Planning, Pre-Marital Agreements ("Prenups"), and Immigration. A proud native of Staten Island, I continue to reside and practice here. I completed my undergraduate studies at New York University-Stern School of Business (BS) in 1991, followed by pursuing a Master's degree at Columbia University’s Business School (MBA). I was granted a full-tuition scholarship at New York Law School, where I excelled in Law Review and obtained my degree in 1997, subsequently passing the NY and NJ Bar Exams. Over the next seven years, I served as a corporate attorney at two prominent investment banks on Wall Street. Thereafter, I opted to establish my own practice as a lawyer, financial advisor, and economist. I look forward to offering my expertise in any of the specialized Practice Areas to assist you. - David
