Biography
I was licensed to practice law in 1994, and since then the majority of my legal practice has been focused on family law, divorce cases, appellate work, and related fields such as defending against foreclosures. My approach to client representation is clear and direct. Good individuals may encounter challenging circumstances, and they seek legal professionals for resolutions. This means that, whenever feasible, reaching a mutually acceptable agreement through negotiation is often the most effective course of action. However, negotiations, agreements, litigation, and appeals are simply means to achieve these solutions. By adopting a comprehensive approach, I am able to identify solutions that may elude others. Securing a fair agreement is not always straightforward, and often a settlement can only be achieved from a position of legal strength. This necessitates the capacity to proceed to trial, and if required, to pursue an appeal. Many of the cases I handle involve clients confronting intricate legal challenges. My adeptness with the Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) and my knack for creatively applying established regulations and laws are the cornerstones of my approach to resolving these cases. I invite you to peruse my profile on this platform and visit my website for further insights into my practice.
