Before founding Wagner Litigation Partners, Catherine M. Wagner amassed over 20 years of experience as a prosecutor in both criminal and civil cases. Throughout her career, she held various high-ranking positions, including serving as the Chief of Criminal Investigations in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit at the New York State Office of Attorney General for 8 years. Catherine also worked as a Prosecuting Attorney at the Office of Professional Discipline within the NYS Department of Education for 3 years, where she handled cases involving professional misconduct and licensing issues. Additionally, she spent 5 years at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office prosecuting a range of cases, from homicides to domestic violence, child abuse, and violent offenses. Catherine also dedicated 5 years to the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted serious felony cases such as homicides, robberies, burglaries, assaults, and gun-related offenses.
