Biography
Douglas J. Rose is a Partner in the litigation division at Tully Rinckey PLLC. His legal practice primarily focuses on intricate commercial litigation matters, encompassing real estate, zoning, and land use, in addition to contract disputes and creditor-debtor relationships. Formerly, he was associated with the Albany branch of Deily, Mooney, & Glastetter, LLP. Before embarking on his legal career, Doug served in the United States Coast Guard, undertaking law enforcement patrols in the Caribbean and attaining the rank of Lieutenant (junior grade). He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was honored as a Dean’s Merit Scholar. Subsequently, he pursued his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College, concurrently serving as a Faculty Research Assistant. Douglas completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University. Actively involved in his community, he currently presides as the chairman of the municipal planning board in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Moreover, he is a part-time graduate theology student and a lay preacher at various churches in Berkshire County.
