Biography
Jeffrey J. Tyrpak, a native of Amherst, attended Fordham University where he earned his undergraduate degree in International Political Economy in 2010. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor degree at UB Law School in 2013, specializing in Finance Transactions. Following his education, he commenced his legal career at a boutique firm in New York City before returning to his roots and becoming a valued member of our team in December of 2016. During his time in New York City, Mr. Tyrpak managed litigation matters in federal court concerning collective bargaining agreements and ERISA related to employee benefit funds. He also delved into government compliance issues pertaining to the Affordable Care Act and ERISA. Presently, Mr. Tyrpak is an integral part of HoganWillig's Real Estate Department, where his focus lies. In his most recent role, he concentrated on Trust and Estate Law, overseeing planning, guardianship, and estate administration responsibilities.
