Biography
Joseph is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He provides legal guidance to clients locally and internationally on matters concerning U.S. federal laws, such as Commercial and Business Transactions, International Trade and Investments, and Immigration and Naturalization services. He is affiliated with the American Bar Association (ABA), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Joseph has held positions as Vice Chair of the ABA’s Middle Eastern Committee and Vice Chair of the ABA’s International Human Rights Committee. An immigrant and entrepreneur, Joseph arrived in the United States in 1993 and has been actively involved in various ventures and global businesses. He resides in Upstate New York and frequently travels to meet with his clients.
