Thomas R. Fazio completed his studies at Syracuse University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from City University of New York. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986. In 1996, Mr. Fazio established his private legal practice catering to corporations and small enterprises in New York State. Over the past nine years, he has also worked as an internal legal advisor for secured commercial lenders with annual revenues totaling in the billions. Utilizing his extensive background and diverse assets, Mr. Fazio takes pleasure in managing crucial business negotiations and crafting legal agreements for companies of all sizes. His primary focus lies in corporate formations, organizational structures, financial matters, and the management of funding for medical facilities nationwide.
