Biography
Adrienne Dresevic is one of the founding partners at The Health Law Partners, P.C. Before pursuing her legal career, she gained experience as an auditor within the Asset Based Lending Group at NBD, where she was later promoted to an officer in 1995. Graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, Adrienne was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. During her time at Wayne State, she received recognition through Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, the Dean Scholarship, and a Scholarship for exceptional performance in Health Law. Adrienne's legal practice encompasses various aspects of healthcare law, with a particular focus on advising clients on Stark and fraud and abuse matters. She provides guidance on compliance issues, reimbursement matters, and assists clients with payor audits. A member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Health Law Section), and State Bar of Michigan (Health Care Law Section), Adrienne also serves on the Publications Committee of the American Bar Association Health Law Section and the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
