Biography

My expertise lies in advocating for whistleblowers in legal proceedings under the False Claims Act qui tam provisions. With a career spanning more than 25 years, I have been involved in the litigation of False Claims Act matters, initially serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York before transitioning to represent private individuals who blow the whistle. Collectively, these legal actions have resulted in the recovery of over $800 million for various levels of government. My legal practice encompasses a broad spectrum of cases, including those relating to healthcare, defense contracts, higher education, medical research grants and agreements, and government contracts.
