Glenn completed his undergraduate studies at the Boston University School of Management (B.S.B.A with high honors), earned a Master’s Degree from the Philosophy Department at the University of Chicago, and obtained his J.D. from Albany Law School. Since 1985, he has been actively practicing Law in Schenectady, NY, initially focusing on Criminal Defense and for the past 25 years specializing in Trusts and Estates, Elder Law, and Real Estate. Glenn serves as the Co-Vice Chair of the Health Care Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, and is a proud Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is deeply involved in the Schenectady County Bar Association and recently led a Continuing Legal Education session on the implications of “undue influence” in the creation of Wills and Trusts. Glenn has conducted Continuing Legal Education programs for the Elder Law Section of NYSBA covering topics such as Powers of Attorney, Health Care Decision Making, and Aid in Dying. Additionally, he has delivered numerous presentations to various senior centers and retirement communities, and offers complimentary consultations for seniors at the Clifton Park Senior Center upon request. In his leisure time, Glenn indulges in woodworking and the art of crafting words.
