Esra Gules-Guctas specializes in immigration law, focusing on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, labor certification, waivers, family-based immigration, and asylum cases. Prior to establishing her private practice, she worked as an Associate at the esteemed New York City law firm Akin & Smith, LLC and as an Associate Attorney at the Sanli Karabiyik Law Offices. She earned her L.L.B from Istanbul University School of Law in 1999, followed by a Master's degree in political science from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 2005.
