Biography
I earned a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo Law School in New York, in addition to two Master’s degrees—one from Fordham Law School in New York and the other from ISU in Iran. I arrived in the U.S. as a student and firsthand encountered the immigration process—from student life to obtaining U.S. citizenship. I am familiar with the stress and difficulties of balancing financial constraints, academic obligations, thesis presentations, and interactions with supervisors—all while managing the complexities of immigration. I also understand the frustration of working with immigration lawyers who lack personal experience and may not fully grasp your concerns. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including exceptional artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and highly educated professionals who have never been to the U.S. My goal is to streamline the immigration process for my clients, making it simple and cost-effective to assist them in obtaining permanent residency. My expertise lies in talent-based immigration issues such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas, but I also have extensive experience in business and corporate immigration matters, including PERM (EB-2 and EB-3), H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, and E-2 visas. While I am licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, immigration law is federal, enabling me to serve clients throughout the U.S. and globally. I encourage clients to ask questions and stay informed during their case, and I make it a priority to respond to emails and calls promptly—typically within four business hours. If you are seeking an attorney who comprehends your journey and is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way, I would be honored to collaborate with you in navigating your legal journey with assurance.
