Stephen Yale-Loehr serves as an Attorney Of Counsel within the immigration practice group at Miller Mayer. With over three decades of experience in immigration law, he offers strategic guidance to both individual and corporate clients on a wide range of immigration issues related to family and employment. Apart from his role at Miller Mayer, Mr. Yale-Loehr is a highly respected figure in the global immigration law sphere. He imparts his knowledge as a Professor of Immigration Practice at Cornell Law School, where he teaches courses on immigration and asylum law. Additionally, he is the founder and former executive director of Invest in the USA (IIUSA), a trade association representing EB-5 immigrant investor regional centers. Recognized in Who’s Who in America and consistently featured in prestigious publications such as Chambers Global, Chambers USA, and An International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, he is acknowledged as one of the foremost immigration attorneys worldwide. Mr. Yale-Loehr frequently provides expert commentary on immigration matters in the media and has testified before Congressional committees on numerous occasions. He was honored with the AILA’s Elmer Fried Award for excellence in teaching in 2001 and the Edith Lowenstein Award for excellence in advancing immigration law practice in 2004.
