Barbara Ivarine Suri is a former employee of the United States Immigration Department, with expertise in United States Citizenship and Immigration Law. Over the past thirteen years, Lawyer Suri has leveraged her extensive experience and understanding of U.S. Government immigration regulations, policies, and protocols to support clients through her private practice. Having previously served as a senior Immigration District Adjudications Officer, Immigration Inspector, Student Officer, and Public Relations Officer within the former U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), she has processed over 80,000 immigration benefit cases. Her specialization includes Family-based, Employment-based, EB-5 Investors, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, and Deportation cases. Barbara Ivarine Suri holds membership in the legal associations of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Supreme Court of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
