Cole H Stevens - Profile

With a focus on Business Law, Hospitality Law, Immigration Law, and Litigation, Cole H. Stevens directs his legal practice. Graduating cum laude from Albany Law School, Mr. Stevens engaged in a volunteer summer program during law school, offering research and memoranda on Landlord-Tenant Law for the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. He also served as an on-campus Lexis Associate, aiding in legal research and teaching efficient research methods to fellow students. Additionally, Mr. Stevens worked as a research assistant under Professor Bearat, contributing to her article titled, “Caged by a Marriage, How the United States’ Immigration System Encourages Child Marriages.” Prior to attending Albany Law School, he obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy of Law, Morality, and Society, as well as Sociology from Tulane University. Drawing on his experience as a Law Clerk at The Towne Law Firm (TLF), Mr. Stevens gained valuable insights across various practice areas of the firm. Originating from Kansas City, Missouri, outside of work, Mr. Stevens engages in Rugby with a local club in Albany, NY, and relishes playing Disc Golf in the Northeast Region. Presently, Cole H.
