With a law degree from Harvard Law School, I also possess an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A from the University of Toronto in Canada. Beyond my legal credentials, I am a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) with a wealth of experience gained from roles at Credit Suisse Investment Bank, the Bank of Montreal, and Ernst & Young. My perspectives and contributions have been showcased in esteemed publications such as Forbes, Bloomberg Law, Above the Law, New York Times, NBC News, Super Lawyers, EB-5 Investors, American Bar Association, Business Insider, Martindale-Hubbell, AVVO, Lawyerist, and the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, I am the writer of "Law School Lowdown" released by Simon & Schuster Publishing. I initiated Scott Legal, P.C. while holding an E-2 visa and have successfully navigated various non-immigrant visas in the U.S., including E-2, TN, H-1B, B-1, and F-1 visas. I am licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
