Biography
I handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, division of assets, spousal and child support, custody, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and adoptions. My goal is to achieve favorable settlements for my clients through negotiation to minimize costs and prioritize the well-being of any children involved. However, when agreements cannot be reached amicably, I am dedicated to vigorously litigating to protect the interests of my clients and their children. With experience as a former senior member of three legal organizations, I am well-versed in New York courts that deal with family law, including the Supreme Court, Family Court, and Surrogates Court. I have also shared my knowledge by lecturing on family law topics, teaching as an adjunct professor in family law, and participating in key City and State panels focusing on critical family law matters. A lifelong New Yorker, I currently reside in New York City and am fluent in Spanish.
