Biography
With extensive experience in US immigration law, Steven D. Heller is a skilled attorney who focuses on waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, and Treaty Traders/Investors. He serves as the Director of Heller Immigration Law, Ltd., a UK-based firm specializing in US immigration law, established in 2008. Additionally, he is Of Counsel to Chavin Immigration Law Office in London. Splitting his time between the UK and New York, Attorney Heller has been practicing US immigration law since 1992, with a background that includes roles at the US Embassy-London, USCIS Headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as INS/USCIS offices in New York and Newark. Prior to founding his own firm, he held positions at the New York Association for New Americans and various private law firms in New York, Washington, DC, and London. A graduate of Binghamton University (BA-English) and the Georgetown University Law Center (JD), Attorney Heller has presented on US immigration topics at events hosted by organizations such as the American Bar Association, the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
